Customer service top of the line

When I came into my appointment, I was notified that the issue would be resolved in a few hours. I was then told that the matter will be resolved in the next day because the issue was not fixed. When I picked up my vehicle, it appeared the issue was not resolved. One of the issues were relating to lane assist and Blindspot notifications. When I called the service rep who was helping me he did not take my call and told the office phone manager that my issue could wait till the next appointment which should be August 5. This is a safety related matter I thought it was very unprofessional to not schedule me sooner or take my call. I have yet to receive a callback. I expressed my concerns to the rep.

They are simply the best. Every time I visit Island Volswagen, I feel respected and valued. The people who work there are simply the best. My last visit was for the one year service and Maritza, the service consultant was the nicest and most welcoming person I have ever met. She explained everything in detail and made sure I felt good about the service I received. I highly recommend this dealership.
