I was not heard as a customer with my first visit here and due to this paid the cost on my second visit, being unfairly charged for a diagnostic fee. What makes this event odd I was never advised or offered the diagnostic report the first time and was just told I was wrong on my car issues but when the opportunity presented to charge me I was given the paperwork to try and support it. Being charged for my issue not properly being resolved my first visit is theft!!
