The service person I worked with was very nice. But the quote I received was outrageously expensive and included many services I did not need- which made me feel that the dealership was dishonest. I was told there was dry rotting on my front two tires when there was zero indication of that at all, verified by two other dealerships. As someone looking for a trustworthy service partner, I was immediately turned away by the attempted money grab. I will never use this dealership in the future and will urge any friends to look elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

Your service advisor James Roces does a great job of communications. He always presents himself with a pleasant attitude and high level of professionalism. His willingness to listen and offer suggestions is helpful. My overall experience with James is always 5 star.
